• Tsunamis is one of the most dangerous waves on
  earth.

• Some are caused by earthquakes that cause surface
  waves.

• The Pacific Tsunami Warning System is near Pearl
  Harbor in Hawaii.
• They tract tsunamis by using a Deep Sea Pressure
  Monitoring System.
• It is a gage that can measure a tsunami that is
  1mm high and that is 300 miles out in the ocean.
  
• Then the gage sends the measurements to a buoy
  floating above it.
