with a completed Fannie Mae 1003 application and
MLOA - Make sure the Government Monitoring section is
completed on the 1003 - A Credit Decision will be faxed and emailed
within a 24 hour SLA

Approval Notice is issued - Call the closing desk to set closing
(Closing date, fees, payoffs and title contact
