Societal Problem
  • There are some people who need extra help when
    they go to big stores like wall-mark for example
    and sometime it is hard to find a person who can
    help you.
  • There is also some people who know what they need
    to do but they do not understand what they need
    in order to do it.

  • The average size of a Home Depot Store is 105,000
    square ft.

My Solution
  • Wireless device
  • Using touch screen
  • Using voice navigation
  • The ability to talk to a real person
  • Can find out what you need to do a specific job

Customer
  • Big Stores for example Wall-Mart and places like
    Lowe's and Home Depot.
  • Customers that go to those stores.

Benefits
  • Would help people find items faster
  • Would let people always have a means to talk to
    someone
  • Would help out people that have something to do
    but do not know what take to do it.
  • Store could use it to advertise, for example they
    could put it where their special deals show up on
    the device

Risks
  • Stores would have to be willing to have people on
    stand by to monitor when someone call in with a
    question
  • If people decides not to use headphones then the
    voices might interfere with the stores
    advertisements that is playing over the store
    speakers.
  • Store might not want to update their technology.
