David Frasher is the new City Manager in Oregon
City

On March 17, 2010, the Oregon City Commission
announced that they had hired David Frasher to be
their new City Manager. David Frasher won the
job after competing with four other final
candidates in an intense three day selection
process followed by a new thorough background
investigation.

Oregon City, located just a few miles from
downtown Portland, is Oregon's original capitol
city. Growth management, historic preservation,
and a need for new Police facilities are among
the issues Frasher will face in Oregon City. His
strong record of success in each of these areas
allowed him to standout among a highly
competitive group of applicants,

all with decades of experience, and some, like
Frasher, who held the highest distinction of
Credentialed Manager from the International
City/County Management Association. To know
