    panic attacks.
  • You will find that it is difficult to breathe and
    your chest will tighten and constrict.

    will happen less and less, until they are gone.
  • The thing that you need to understand about
    anxiety is that worrying about something
    consistently will make you anxious.
  • The constant negative thoughts about whatever it
    is you are worrying about will cause you to get
    anxious, and this can bring about the chest pain,
    which is actually what you want to avoid.

    sometimes the pain can be extremely unbearable
    that people are sucked into the world of medicine
    just so alleviate the pain.
