Take inventory on your life and thoughts

- Do I suffer mood swings everyday?
- Do I constantly crave and over-indulge in
something? - Do others seem to be moving forward when I am

- Do I wish I was somewhere else?
- Am I envious of another?
- When I do things for others do I feel sad and
empty? - Am I unhappy with ME, inside and out?

stressed about the amount of time you spend at
work, traveling to work or thinking about work?
