• This Iranian company called Sepahan Yellow Roz
  Co., sister concern of Nozhan Eghtesad Co.
  cheated us. The first lot of the 3.2 Paraffin
  wax (we ordered 2 containers) they sent us was of
  very poor quality and appeared pale yellow. Even
  their sole agent in India, Mr. Sandeep Gupta of
  M/s Kavya International Delhi, agreed that the
  material is of low quality. Despite repeated
  requests to Mr. Khalil Nasr Esfahani, contact
  person of Nozhan Eghtesad Co., to help us sell
  the material somehow, he did nothing to sort out
  the matter.

• We sold off the material bearing heavy losses and
  again requested Mr. Khalil Nasr Esfahani to
  compensate some amount so that we can cover our
  loss to an extent. Mr. Khalil Nasr Esfahani
  wasnt ok with our idea and so we decided to
  cancel our second order for 1.7 Paraffin wax.
  Mr. Khalil Nasr Esfahani didnt have any problem
  with the cancellation and promised us the
  reimbursement of our advance payment for the 2nd
  container. He never remitted the amount in the
  next 1 month and now he is informing us the 2nd
  container has arrived at Nhava Sheva port in
  India and incurring heavy demurrage and he will
  claim that amount from us.

• Some people think they can play and abuse ethical
  traders. His unethical behavior and rude
  unprofessional approach proved himself to be an
  ideological chameleon without any morality and
  integrity.
• These types of fraudsters must be black listed
  and banned from every trading center on earth. We
  must take steps to prevent these completely
  dishonest liars from poisoning the market. Please
  try and keep this guy and people like him off
  your business dealings so that we can conduct
  business in an open, honest and ethical
  environment
