Septoplasty
Conversely, septoplasty surgery corrects a
deviated septum. The primary purpose is to help a
patient breath more easily. This procedure is
generally considered medically necessary, and
insurance commonly covers it.

Non Surgical Rhinoplasty
With the development and improvement of dermal
fillers, a board certified plastic surgeon can
utilize a non surgical rhinoplasty to help change
the shape of the bridge of the nose, alter the
tip projection, or improve a small or indentation
of the nose.  Radiesse, Juvederm, and Restylane
are the three most widely used products for non
surgical rhinoplasty.  Juvederm is the easiest to
remove if there is any uncertainty. The technique
should only be used by an experienced physician
or practitioner.
