Radiesse is a broader molecule so it works
better for deeper nasolabial folds. For most
other cases, juvederm or restylane is superior to
use in the nasolabial folds as their is less risk
of lumpiness.  For nasolabial folds the duration
of the filler varies from patient to patient. 
However, it is generally 6 months (generally for
juvederm and restylane to up to a year (for
radiesse).
