• Write down the answers to these questions.
• What was I thinking when this event happened?
• What did I say?
• How did I act?
• How did this make my spouse feel?
• How did I get this experience to happen? (If it
  was magical, how did you make the magic happen?)

• At some point during your date, exchange gifts
  and discuss.
• Have FUN!!!
• Explain the story behind the gift
• Dont judge, make jokes, or use sarcasm
• Ask lots of questions about each others gift and
  the story behind the gift.
