  • Ask your health care professional about tests you
    should have to check your hearts health.
  • In addition to medication, keep a well balanced
    diet and get plenty of exercise.
  • Choose variety of food groups, high fiber, low on
    saturated fats and cholesterol
  • Regular routine of exercise, ideally once a day,
    or most days of the week
  • As you reach your 70s much of your lifetime risk
    for cancer is behind you.
  • Be sure to have cancer screenings regularly.
