  dealing with personal reflections or opinion.

• A single page of entries
• may be archives of older entries
• Stream-of-consciousness
• organized in reverse-chronological order
• Normally public -- the whole world can see it

How Do I Get Started?

• It is easy
• Blogger, Xanga, TypePad, LiveJournal
• Basic blogs are usually free
• There is software (such as Movable Type)
• Takes about five minutes.
