Our teams involvement in the project

• Our group conducted an intercept survey of the
  patrons of the 24th Street/Mission BART Plazas.
• Data collected will help project coordinators get
  a feel of patrons view on the safety, comfort,
  attractiveness and overall usefulness of the
  current plazas
• Help designers plan for a new plaza that will fit
  into the surrounding neighborhood while serving
  its purpose as a transit center.

Research Method

• Gathering of primary data by conducting intercept
  survey
• Personal Observations of Plaza area at different
  times of the day and week.
• Windshield Survey of the neighborhood

• Goal of 80 completed surveys

• Any persons at the plaza were eligible

• Covered Both sides of plaza

• Various times

• Various days

• Errors
