• We recommend training should be done for all new
  employees joining the organization
• This should be a mandatory component of their
  orientation
• Emergencies occur when least expected causing the
  need for the staff to be organized and know their
  responsibilities in the plan

• We Gave Out Evaluations After Meeting With All 18
  Directors on March 15, 2006
• Two weeks later we picked up Evaluation to
  determine if our presentation was effective
• The responses we received were POSITIVE
• Employees Anticipated Putting The Plan Into
  Action
