manufacturing multipoints for the Chemical and
Refining industries with Daily Thermocontrols
experience in manufacturing thermocouples for the
demanding exhaust temperature applications of
fighter jet aircraft.

The CatTracker design can get up to nine points
through a 1 nozzle. This gives you the ability
to get more points through a small nozzle than
with our competitor

sensing needs of a whole reactor through one
nozzle on the top. A 6 2500 pound flange can
support 15 tubes, or 135 sensing points.

Daily Thermetrics manufactures the Cat Tracker s
multipoint tubes using a rotary swaging
process, while others use drawn thermocouples.

  versus the 75 of a drawn thermocouple

  pinching on a bend
• The lower the moisture content
• The more protected the thermocouple is from

• The CatTrackers secondary containment, or Double
  Seal, has the following advantages
• The reactor pressure and contents are designed to
  stay in the reactor, not in a chamber outside of
  the reactor walls
• The Double Seal is shorter
• The Double Seal has fewer weld points to go out
• The Double Seal weighs less, making installation
  easier
• The CatTracker is installed without tools, and
  all bends can be made by hand
