• No universal solution to suit all systems
• No one-to-one relationship for changes

• When new info is available to distinguish
• Always create a new NAR for the new, distinct
  name
• Add 667 on new NAR Formerly on undifferentiated

• Never change the 1XX on an NAR coded 008/32 b
