• Joseph Kavana is Chairman and CEO Of K-Group
  Holdings, Inc. a holding company with several
  real estate development and investment interests.

  20 years of experience in the field as an active
  developer and investor, Joseph Kavanas
  experience spans various asset classes that

  was involved in land development deals including
  Jacaranda West (Plantation, Florida) and Chapel
  Trail (Pembroke Pines, Florida), which
  represented over 400 acres of land. More
  recently, Mr. Kavana has made significant
  investments in Sunrise, Florida where in 1994/95
  he purchased 65 acres of land through Sawgrass
  Property Investments and Sawgrass 17 Acres
  Partnership.
• Joseph Kavana is the driving force and vision
  behind Metropica, which is a premier mixed-use
  development in the heart of Sunrise. He has been
  completely involved with the project ever since
  its beginning and the project will encompass
  2,800 residential units, 650,000 square feet of
  office spaces, and 485,000 square feet of retail
  space.

  has been very active in donating and helping
  charitable organizations. He is a member of the
  Board of Directors of the Greater Miami Jewish
  Federation, and he serves in its Executive
  Committee as Secretary and Treasurer. He and his
  wife are also Founders at Mount Sinai Hospital.

  automotive interior products and it became
  industry leader in very short time. Sagaz
  Industries, Inc., was also category manager for
  most automotive chains and mass merchants in the
  US including Wal-Mart, Target, and Kmart, where
  their products were distributed throughout the
  US, Canada, and Europe.

• Joseph Kavana is an active developer and investor

  years, Joseph Kavana has dealt in different asset

  Industries Inc. a company he developed in 1980
  and took to the position of market leader in
  automotive accessories aftermarket. He sold the
  company in 2000 to Penzoil-Quaker State in a

  Chairman and CEO of Sagaz Industries Inc. for
  more than 20 years
• Joseph Kavana is also an active member of the
  society and he regularly donates to several
