David Silipigno is a highly skilled businessman
residing in Saratoga Springs. His first business
venture was a company named National finance
Corp. (NFC) which provided numerous employment
opportunities in the Saratoga County. He founded
this company when he was just 19 years old and by
the time he was in his mid-20's he had around 600
workers working under him.

He was the founder and/or lead consultant of five
different area businesses including First
Guarantee Mortgage, Saratoga Venture Capital,
Principal Commercial, Industry Partners Title and
Saratoga Studios. The famous movie 'The Skeptic'
was co-produced by him under the banner of
Saratoga Studios.

laid the foundation of David B. Silipigno
Foundation. It is one of the most reputed
organizations of the Saratoga County which looks
after the poor and underprivileged children
living in the Saratoga Springs and the
surrounding areas.

emotional as well as financial support so that
they can grow in a positive environment. This
organization is associated to the number of
charitable trusts and welfare foundations like
Arthritis Foundation, Saratoga Center for Family,
