  burn the Bogeyman (vide Picture). When the
  Bogeyman lose his head, we show on the watch, how
  much time he need to burn down. When the Bogeyman
  need long, its a bad spring and when the
  Bogeyman dont needs so long, its a good spring

• The Street Parade is a Technoparade in Zürich,
  who skirt along the lake of zurich. The Street
  Parade is the biggest Techno-Party all over the
  world. It be arrenge all year.

Fasnacht

• Fasnacht is a art of Carneval in the Switzerland.
  It calls one traditionally time of happyness. We
  feasting carneval before the Christpassiontime.

Rösti

• Rösti means a potato meal. We hack the potato
  very fine. Then we broil it in the frying pan.
  More eventualitys is broil it with cheese or do
  Speckwürfel besides.

Fondue

• This is probably the most famous swiss menu.
  Fondue is made out of molten cheese. We eat it by
  dipping small pieces of bread in the molten
  cheese. The secret lies in the right mixture of
  different flavors of cheese. Typically, fondue is
  served on cold winter days, but many restaurants
  serve it all your round

• Nusstorte There are different recipes for
  "Nusstorte" (nut cake), the most famous is
  probably the one from the canton Graubünden
• Apfelküchlein (deep fried apple cookie) taste
  great either warm or cold, with or without
  vanilla sauce
