beautiful baby contest of the Lehigh Valley, we
believe all babies are beautiful- show us yours!

• Rules
• Submit a 4x6 or 5x7 photo of child. Do NOT put
  childs personal info on back of photo. Photos
  will not be returned
• Child must be 4 years old or under for the baby
  contest. Only one photo and entry per child. If
  2 children are in the photo then 2 entries must
  be submitted. Twins are counted as 2 entries.
• Photos submitted through The Morning Call and
  March of Dimes will be on public display at the
  Lehigh Valley Mall from September 12 through
  September 25. March of Dimes, Lehigh Valley
  Mall and The Morning Call are not responsible for
  lost or damaged photos and photos will not be
  returned. Photos submitted to The Morning Call
  with special entry fee will appear in a special
  March of Dimes section on October 5th. Winners
  will be determined by the number of votes each
  photo receives at 1.00 per vote. See voting
  instructions on other side. Grand prize winner
  is defined as the photo that receives the highest
  number of votes. All proceeds benefit the March
  of Dimes.

How to Submit Your Photo Option 1 Please
return the official registration form on the
other side with a 4X6 or 5X7 photo of child AND
5.00 entry fee to March of Dimes, Attn B
Baby, 1255 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Suite 2500,
Allentown PA, 18103. Checks/money orders must be
made payable to March of Dimes. Pictures may
also be emailed to dpollock_at_marchofdimes.com.
However, entry is not official until photo,
registration form and entry fee are received by
Wednesday, September 9th. No entries will be
accepted after this deadline. Option 2 To
have your childs photo included in a special
color section in The Morning Call (published on
Sunday, September 13th) in addition to the
official display at the Lehigh Valley Mall,
entries must be submitted by noon Monday, August
24th to The Morning Call, Attn B Baby, 101 N.
6th Street, PO Box 1260, Allentown, PA 18105.
There is a 15 entry fee (5.00 will go to the
March of Dimes). Checks/money orders must be
made payable to The Morning Call. Again, entry
is not official until photo, registration form
and entry fee are received by the deadline.
Entries received after the August 24th deadline
will only be displayed at the Lehigh Valley
Mall. Registration forms are available at the
Lehigh Valley Mall office and customer service
center, B104 and The Morning Call. You may also
download the registration form online at
themorningcall.com, b104.com or marchofdimes.com/p
ennsylvania.
Entry is not official until photo, entry fee and
registration form is received by deadline. No
personal information including childs name
will be disclosed to the public.
Voting Period How to Vote Voting begins
Saturday, September 12, 2009 and ends on Friday,
September 25, 2009 at 930 PM. Place money in
the official voting envelope provided at the
Lehigh Valley Mall Customer Service Desk with
1.00 counting as 1 vote. Be sure to mark the
photo number of the baby you are voting for and
the number of votes on the envelope and seal it.
Place the official envelope in the designated
box. Vote as many times as you like during this
time. Winners are determined by the number of
paid votes received. Feel free to use the March
of Dimes special section from The Morning Call to
help you with your voting. All funds raised goes
directly to the March of Dimes and supporting its
mission to improve the health of all babies.
Join us when the Top 3 babies are announced!
Saturday, September 26 200 400 PM Join
B104 at the Promo Court. Winners of the March of
Dimes Beautiful Baby Contest will be announced at
approximately 300 PM. Winners need not be
present but encouraged. During this time, B104
Lehigh Valley Mall will provide to the first 50
children a yellow drawstring backpack, t-shirt
and Kids Club mini backpack. Valuable prizes
donated by mall retailers and other local
businesses will be given out during this time.
Come out to win big, with prizes from Macys,
Boscovs, Williams-Sonoma, Coldwater Creek,
Sephora, Bravo and more! The Morning Calls
mascot, Max M. Call, will also be present. Bring
your camera!
