  free zones.
• Costume free zones restrict children from coming
  to school in costumes on Halloween.
• School officials say some costumes are offensive
  to other people in the real world.
• Example witch costumes are insensitive to real
  life practicing wiccans.

What Wicca Is

• An ancient pagan belief rooted in worshipping
  nature.
• It is recognized by the federal government.
• It a religion that is openly practiced, often
  called witchcraft.
• It is complete with magic and potions.

Casting Spells

• Researchers say that the statistics on the number
  of people really casting spells is not exact.
• It is believed that approximately 100,000 are
  casting spells.

Parent Concerns

• Parents say its a cultural celebration, and it
  should be celebrated.
• It is a national holiday and it should be
  celebrated just as the others.
• A wiccan said herself, that Halloween is a fun
  time for children.

Halloween Safety

• Make sure you go out with a responsible adult.
• Do not eat candy until its all inspected.
• Have proper equipment, flashlight, warm clothes,
  and bucket for candy.
• Go when times are designated, not at your own
  free will.
