    to start the Business Case Summary (BCS)
  • Decision point Should the BCS be for the end
    solution or should the BCS be to determine
    possible solutions

  • Members include
  • Controller General, Dept. of Education, Chief
    Justice, State Treasurer, University of Delaware,
    Bank One, WL Gore, 82 North, LLC
  • Meets four times a year
  • Among the TIC's duties (as set forth in Title 29,
    Delaware Code, 9013C) is the following "By
    November 15th of each year, the Council shall
    make recommendations to the Budget Director
    regarding the funding of technology for the
    coming fiscal year..."
