Biography

• My name is Karrie Harris, and I am 24 years
  old.
• I am from Pikeville, Kentucky, and have lived
  there
• my whole life. I completed my student teaching
  in a
• 4th grade classroom at Pikeville Elementary
  School.
• I will graduate from Morehead State
• University in December and will receive my
• certification in Elementary Education P-5 with a
• concentration in Mathematics.
• Teaching in an elementary classroom has been
  a
• lifelong goal of mine. My mother and aunt are
  both
• elementary school teachers, so Ive grown up
  around
• education and am excited about
  following in
• their footsteps. I want to become a
  teacher
• because I feel that teachers
  influence so
• many lives in such a positive way.
