Although many people believe that Benjamin
Franklin was born in Philadelphia he was actually
born in Boston!

Believe it or not but he was the 10th child born
in his family. His father had 17 children in all!

Clergy profession is what his father wanted
little Benjamin to go into, but the Franklin
family could not afford to send Benjamin to
school for even one year. It took many years of
schooling to become a clergyman (AMEN).
