What can you do?

• Make sure students are reading
• Use a variety of texts
• Newspaper, magazines, notes, books, books on
  tape, etc.
• Read with them talk text
• Acquire vocabulary, mimic your expression, they
  can make their thinking visible which will help
  with comprehension
