  important to be nice. For example / listening to
  my teacher is respectful.

• Courtesy/ Courtesy is to think of others.

NUTRITION

• Crackers have starch in them. Fruits are high in
  vitamin a, b, c, d. Some vegetables are high in
  vitamin a, b, c, d. Grapes are 100 vitamin c.
  Carrots are good for your eyes.

• Good nutrition can help your body be healthy.
  Also nutrition can help you have strong bones,
  teeth. A lot of sugar can turn into fat. Also
  some foods have starch. Also foods can give you
  lots of energy.

• Nutrition is VERY good for your body.

• Crackers are in the grain group. Grapes are in
  fruit group. Carrots are in the vegetable group.
  Starch is grain. Vitamin c heals cuts. Vitamin a
  helps your blood cells grow. Vitamin d helps you
  use calcium. Is strong for your bones.

• Exercise is important because it gives energy. My
  favorite sports are karate. I would like to try
  golf.

• My favorite sites are nick jr and cartoon

• Never be a cyber bully. Never give your address
  online.
