Fundraiser Instructions

• Fundraiser Dates November 27th-December 8th
• Give each student 1 order form 1 receipt page
• Please remind students that we ONLY accept cash
• Students must give customer a receipt
• Customer must have receipt to pick up order
• Students must turn in all orders and money by
  December 7th
• Teacher must tally classroom totals and place
  classroom order on one order form.
• Teacher must turn in order money to the APs
  office by 500 pm December 7th.
• Customer Pick-up is December 14th 1130 am 600
  pm in the student parking lot at NSSHS
