- The new standards are designed to be as simple as
possible to implement. The minimum requirements
include - Notice of Intent (NOI) - Prior to development of
the new site, the agency must submit the NOI and
receive approval letter - Banner swap Each agency will have a consistent
new banner with flexibility to select from a
variety of colors and add unique images that
relate to the agency - Navigation - Update current navigation colors
based on chosen color palette - Policies - Follow website accessibility and
privacy policies - Contact Each agency must link to their contact
page in the footer

What is the Notice of Intent NOI? This
directive is intended to ensure that agencies
are 1. Employing cost efficient means in
deploying all web-related services, 2. Evaluating
the services offered through the AZ.GOV
Portal, 3. Adhering to statewide P350 NOI policy
as published and 4. Maintaining a consistent
look and feel in their website designs.

new State design standards to achieve a
consistent look and feel across all State
agencies. - Information regarding process, minimum design
requirements, forms, templates, color palettes
and policies can be found on the GITA website
http//www.azgita.gov/digital_gov/az_gov/. - GITA assistance will be available to develop the
new banner consistent with the templates if
requested, or more advanced edits are offered by
ADOA, ISD.

- Package will include all HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
and Photoshop files, and mockup pages - Good for smaller agencies that do not have
technical resources to do everyday HTML updates - HTML will be integrated to work seamlessly with
Adobe Contribute CMS (agencies will still have
ability to adapt code to work with their own CMS.
