22Spouse CommunitiesA way forward
- SSAs accomplishments show the effectiveness of
well informed and well looked after spouses. We
bring information home and into the community and
make it work. - Take spouses seriously. In the end, we have
great impact on health and happiness of the
family, including the employee, and the
communities in which we live. - -Liz Fenwick, SSA Global Coordinator (1998-2001)
23Spouse CommunitiesA way forward
- The SSA taught us that sincere care for families
has a better return than any other benefit. The
SSA created a network of spouses which works and
delivers help to families as they move. The idea
was simple and the results impressive. - -Pierre Bismuth, Schlumberger V.P. Global
Personnel Practices
