Powerpoint BroadcastRequirements

• Presenter
• Windows 98 or later
• MS Powerpoint 2000 or 2002
• IE 4.0 or better
• Fast processor Pentium III, 700MHz
• Video camera (USB) or video card w/others
• Microphone wireless is better

Powerpoint Broadcast Requirements

• Viewer
• Microsoft Windows Media Player
• Internet Explorer 4.0 or better
• Computer with Sound Card

Powerpoint Broadcasting

• Open Ppt with pre-made slides
• Go To Slide Show Online Broadcast
  Set Up and Schedule
• Click Set Up schedule new broadcast
• Fill in description, speaker, etc
• Click on Broadcast Settings

• Click on Send Audio and/or Send Video
• Click on Record Show and save here (leave blank
  to be able to move subdirectory)
• Click on Schedule Broadcast
• Fill In To (if sending over intranet)
• Start Time
• End Time
• Send Email

• Online Broadcast
• Begin Broadcast
• When finished, class will be on server or local
  machine and can be copied to CD
• Size 1 MB per minute using 56K encoding
