  • If you eat to much junk food you sometimes forget
    things!
  • Our body's are like cars so we need to top up our
    fuel levels to keep ourselves going.
  • We get nutrients by eating healthy foods and
    drinks.

  • Food can give us all the energy we need for
    growth and repair of our bodies

  • The biggest portion of our food should be fruit
    and vegetables and carbohydrate

  • Exercise gives strength to the heart
  • It expands the lungs
  • Prevent getting over-weight
  • Boosts energy, making you feel less tired
  • It makes you feel better and happier
  • It improves your fitness and helps you perform
    better
  • It makes you sleep better
  • Helps the waste in your body get out quicker

  • Dont forget to keep your water levels up
  • You need nutrients to make your body work
    properly
  • Always drink 8-10 cups of water a day
  • If you exercise dont forget to drink more
  • When you eat fat or sugar you shouldnt eat to
    much of it

  • Calcium is in dairy products, fat is in sugary
    foods, protein is in meat and fish, vitamins and
    minerals are in fruit and vegetables and
    carbohydrates are in bread and such
  • It is important to know that some foods fit into
    more than one food group
  • Fuel is taken into the body as food and drink
