Executive Summary
  • Nightclubs never lack in abundance and never lack
    in demand.
  • There is an ever increasing, ever present
    audience/customer supply.
  • Our chosen location is in the area by US 27.
    Broward is expanding out west and the land there
    is recently being developed.

  • Club 27, a S.N.K. Enterprises, LLC venture,
    located in the rapidly growing area of Broward
    County, is far more than just another night club.
  • It will be a restaurant and nightclub for music
    enthusiasts (centered around rock music)
  • Currently there is no rock-centered nightclub in
    South Florida

  •  The grand opening is scheduled for May 2007.
    (Phase one only).
  • Phase one is the nightclub and Phase two is the
    restaurant.
  • We plan to start with one main room and open
    additional rooms every 6 months until 3
    additional room are built.

  • 45,000 square foot entertainment center
  • 4 music areas, a kitchen and dinning area
  • Space for 400 clients on each floor.
  • A full-sized bar and 360 degree bar
  • The restaurant will also feature a deck area.

  • This keeps overhead low and Club 27 adequately
    staffed.

    days work will come to Club 27 for a drink).

    73.3 are of the drinking age (21 years and
    over).
