• in the late 1970s
• Grays Harbor County Sheriffs Office Traffic Unit
  
• implemented in 1992
• Grays Harbor County law enforcement agencies

• participating in the DOTs program and started
• their inter-agency efforts targeting drunk
  drivers
• Multi-agency commercial vehicle enforcement
  emphasis
