Orientation Worksheet and registration form to
the instructor. - Create a student folder for your work and to keep
a record of your progress. - Then

- Enter notes about your activities for that day on
the Progress Notes page in your student folder. - Put your student folder away.
- Sign out.

7What should you know about Student Success
Center courses?
- You will be registered in a Review course based
on the type of homework you bring in. - You will receive a P (Pass) grade for the
course regardless of your time spent working in
the Student Success Center. - You are responsible for your own learning, which
means you should attend as often as necessary to
meet your goals, improve your skills, and
complete your courses. -
8What should you expect when you visit the Student
Success Center?
- The Student Success Center can be a busy place.
There may be many students in the Center who need
assistance and the instructor on duty will attend
to you as soon as possible. Be sure to bring
work with you in case you have to wait for
assistance.

- Although you will often work independently, when
you need help from a Center instructor, ask for
assistance. You are responsible for your own
learning. - Student Success Center instructors wont edit
your written work for you. You must be there so
you can learn by editing your own papers with our
help.
10To complete your orientation
- Print the Student Success Center Orientation
Worksheet. - Complete the worksheet.
- Fill out a registration form according to the
instructions in the worksheet. - Bring the completed worksheet and registration
form to the Center on your first visit.
