• Barbara is a Vice President at Scudder Private
  Investment Counsel, responsible for building new
  client relationships with affluent families and
  their related business and philanthropic entities
  in the Philadelphia region. She comes to Scudder
  Private Investment Counsel with 15 years of
  experience in investment sales and management.
• Prior to joining Scudder Private Investment
  Counsel in 2000, Barbara spent five years with
  Wilmington Trust. Before that, she expanded the
  sales of Personal Trust services for the Bank One
  Trust Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, and prior to
  that headed Mellon Banks Trust Sales and
  Marketing effort in Philadelphia. Before that,
  she was the Trust Sales Liaison to Private
  Banking and Corporate Lenders for Provident
  National Bank (now PNC Bank). She began her
  career in the insurance industry.
• She is currently a member of the Board of the
  Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Foreign Policy
  Research Institute, PENJERDEL Council, Girl
  Scouts of Southeastern Pennsylvania, World
  Affairs Council, and the Philadelphia Free
  Library Foundation. In addition, Barbara serves
  on committees for the Philadelphia Orchestra and
  the Rock School of Ballet Education.
• Barbara received her Bachelor of Science degree
  from Penn State University and her CLU from the
  American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
