Question

• Does soil pH affect the reproduction rates of
  cottontail rabbits.

Problem

• Rabbits need to maintain optimal reproduction
  rates in order to maintain healthy numbers.

Hypothesis

• The lower the pH, the less likely rabbits are to
  have optimal reproduction rates.

Experimental Design

• Set up two pens with wild rabbits in each, then
  manipulate the pH of the soils and make one more
  acidic and one stay around the normal soil pH.

Conclusion

• Rabbits in the pen with more acidic soil had
  lower reproduction rates than those in the normal
  pH pen.
