The objective of a Senior Services Code of Ethics
is to set a minimum ethical standard expected of
all Senior Service Providers affiliated with
Prudential Gary Greene Realtors. All service
providers must sign and adhere to this code.
- I will place the interest of client and prospects
above my own. - I will give clients and prospects the same advice
and service I would provide myself and my family
if the circumstances were the same. - I will recognize and honor the inherent dignity
of Seniors. I will provide friendly, courteous
service and always treat the Senior with respect.
If conflicts arise, I will contact the Prudential
Gary Greene, Realtors moving coordinator to
assist. - I will practice my area of competence and will
meet or exceed all requirements for licensure,
insurance, continuing education and competency. - I will keep confidential all personal and
business details of my clients affairs. - I will abide by the letter and the spirit of the
law or any applicable regulations in all my
business or professional activities. - I will only charge fees that are appropriate and
fair (If not on a fee or service basis) based on
the amount of time and skills required. - I will refer a client only to services and
organizations I believe to be appropriate and of
good quality. I will explain and business
relationship I have with a service I propose. - I will act honestly, responsibly and in a
trustworthy manner at all times.

the best possible light. - Create a time line for the entire moving process
Agree on a time line to prepare and stage the
house for listing. Agree on a pricing strategy
based on the listing agents evaluation that will
allow the house to sell quickly and still allow
the Senior a good profit margin. - Connect the Senior with the right Prudential Gary
Greene, Realtors agent to list the house. The
agent selected will be part of a special team
dedicated to doing things differently for the
Senior. - Coordinate, hire and oversee professional
services to meet Senior needs. Interview and
align with highly ethical professionals.
Follow-up to make sure everyone is doing their
job and the Senior is protected. - Oversee the Senior move from the moving plan, to
taking photos of belongings, to being there on
moving day to ensure things go smoothly for the
transition. - Disconnect, transfer utilities, cable and/or
telephone services. Send in Change of Address
forms to Post Office.
