  • One page (almost always)
  • Highlights the needs of the position!
  • Effective headings
  • Clear and consistent organization patterns
  • White space (whole page)
  • Bullets (not dashes or informal icons)
  • Parallel lists
  • Active Verbs
  • Error-free! (proofreading, verb usage)
  • Paper choices?
  • Pleasing visually (density versus scarcity)
