Corps Transportation Officer of the Mobile
Armored Corps primarily responsible for
coordinating with combined, joint, corps and
major subordinate command staffs to plan, produce
and execute transportation related operations.
Provides technical guidance that integrates
airlift, rail, motor, coastal movements and
movements control into logistical support
operations. Assists in developing and producing
estimates, annexes and appendices to OPLANS and
OPORDS.

- Coordinates with the G3 during unit movement,
force tracking and maneuver planning. (RSOI) - Coordinates w/ engineers to determine MSRs and
recommends repair priorities and improvements for
the CSA road network. (UFL) - Prepares the transportation portion of Corps
plans and orders. (UFL, WFX, Roadrunner) - Coordinates w/ the G3, DMC, PM and MCB to
synchronize traffic control and highway
regulation plans. (UFL, WFX, Roadrunner) - Coordinates policy and procedures when the Corps
is the Army component of a joint force.

16JMOC Roles
- G3/JMOC OIC. Responsible for ensuring the JMOC
executes the JMOB movement instructions and
priorities to achieve CGs intent. - Directs priorities for deployment
- Provides updates to Command Group, MSCs, and CAT
- CTO. Responsible for tracking movements from
point of origin through the arrival in theater.
Determines difference between planned movements
based upon airflow and chalks available.
Coordinates with FT Hood deployment nodes via
STU-III and through NIPR/SIPR net. Will use
AMFT, GTN, and GDSS to maintain total asset
visibility. - G4. Responsible for ensuring resources are
available and in place to resolve issues in
maintenance, supply, and transportation.
Coordinates with Pusher unit and DOL via STU-III
and SIPR net. - TALO. Coordinates with the A/DAAG for JMOC
publication of Airflow schedule. - Help resolve airflow issues with AMC
- Facilitate information on aircraft repair
operations and status - MSC LNOs. Ensure rapid flow of information
between JMOC and MSCs to provide - Status on MSC actions and status at each node
- Input on MSC commander guidance, intent, and
issues/concerns
