5Reservation System
- The Orientation Reservation System Opened March
20th - All Freshmen/Freshmen Transfer and Transfers
students can reserve their seat for summer and
fall programs. - Reservations for Rowdy Ties family programs can
be made along with the students reservation. - Prepayment of Orientation Fee
- All Freshmen and Freshman Transfers will be
required to pay a 50 pre-payment towards their
orientation fee in order to reserve their spot. - The balance will be applied when they check in to
their program and will be paid along with their
Tuition and Fees bill.

Retama Auditorium Galleria - Summer Fairs
- 12 noon-1pm
- 2 rounds each 30 minutes opposite lunch
- Fall Fairs

- 3 rounds, each 45 min, part of roundabout
- A total of 2 door prizes per term (delivered to
OTS by Friday, May 2nd) are REQUIRED in order to
participate. - Table space is limited, filled on first-come,

17Roadrunner Camp II
- Roadrunner Camp II will provide select Freshmen
the opportunity - to evaluate their transition to UTSA. The camp
will assist students - in identifying their personal transition
challenges, provide effective - strategies for these students to implement, and
increase these - students persistence to the Spring semester.
- Strengths Based Curriculum
- October 17-19 at T Bar M Lake Travis
- Little to no cost for the student
- Students are nominated by faculty, staff, RAs,
Peer Leaders, etc. - Opportunity to use this group as a focus group
