Recent and Future Technical Advances in NMR
  • The sensitivity, which also improves at high and
    very high fields, is gained by factor 2 to 3
    using the cryo-probe technology
  • Basically biomolecular NMR will not require
    anymore 500 or 200 ?l of 1 mM (35 mg/ml at 35
    kDa!!) sample, but less than 100 ?M solutions.
  • Microsensors in NMR probes used in LC-NMR or
     hyphenated  technics, already require only 3
    to 1,5 ?l samples.
