  candidates for the Board, Advisory Council,
  Review Panels, Executive Director (current and

• Personnel conducts annual ED evaluation,
  ensures that staff is evaluated annually (current
  Board members only).
• Finance standing committee chaired by the
  Treasurer, provides a deeper look at all
  financial matters, recommends budgets to the
  Board (ED, former Board member)

• Audit reviews independent CPAs report
  includes the Treasurer, Chair, Vice-Chair, one
  former Board member
• Bylaws chaired by the Secretary, recommends
  wording for bylaw revisions

  revisions on behalf of the entire Board
• Governmental Affairs monitors OMRIs relations
  with NOSB, NOP, other national and state
  governmental bodies, provides insight to OMRI
  staff on issues  (ED)
