Paper Statements Discontinued 5/7/05

• Paper statements will be discontinued on May 7
• University high-volume printing will be
  outsourced beginning this May
• Last on-site print run for Payroll is April 22
• Decision was made not to outsource printing of
  pay data
• Checks and future pay statements (assuming low
  volume) will be printed in Payroll
• Employees, except Bargaining Unit, will be opted
  out
• Can opt back in via Axess
• Communications to come direct mail to all
  employees, HRMS Newsletters, Stanford Report, etc.
