  culture is to be mission.  That is, the work of
  the church is not to be an agent or servant of
  the culture.  The churchs mission is to be the
  presence of the kingdom.

  it looks like when a community of people live
  under the reign of God.

• The churchs style of life becomes a
  missionary dialogue.  In the pre-Constantinian
  and now postmodern paradigms, the church does not
  send missionaries nor does it have a
  missionary program. Instead it is mission no
  matter where it is geographically.
