• enter IP ranges in CALCAT admin

• External Authentication
• Must have for 24/7 access
• We use RPA so had to use success URL

The Form is your forum for communication to
patrons

• Place where you can explain a lot, so use it!
  This is where we spent the most time revising
• Patrons will be charged a 2 fee for placing
  each Interlibrary Loan request, even if we are
  unable to obtain the item. Maximum cost is the
  amount you would be willing to pay in addition to
  the initial 2 request fee if the lending library
  requires an additional cost (could be 10 and
  up). If you are requesting a journal article,
  provide as much information as you can about
  year, volume, issue and page s in the "comments"
  field. Once you fill in the required fields and
  click "submit" this form is sent to our ILL
  computer. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.
