Log-in to WUmail

• Open up Internet Explorer and type
  http//wumail.widener.edu

• Type your Novell log-in and password

Click on NEW to create a new event

At the Schedules tab click on User At Source
click on the down arrow and scroll to External
Widener Directory.
Type in the last name of your guest click
Find. Click on Name you want to add Click OK.

Shared Calendars

• You can share your calendars or be given read
  only or read/write privileges to other
  calendars.
• To set up a shared calendar you will need to
  first set up the sharing preferences in the
  Options section of WUmail

Invited Guest.

• Once you have invited guest to your meeting you
  will have an option to sent them an e-mail
  invitation.
• It is advised to send the e-mail to all your
  invited guest.
• Any employee of WU will automatically have any
  proposed meeting appear on their WUmail Calendar
  for their convenience. They then have the option
  to Accept or Decline the meeting directly from
  their Calendar.

Wumail with Outlook

• Wumail can be synced with Microsoft Outlook by
  downloading and installing the SynQ software in
  the Options sections of Wumail and then
  customizing Outlook to download the Wumail e-mail
  and Calendar.
• This is a especially beneficial if you need to
  read multiple schedules side by side, or if you
  use a PDA, like Palms and Blackberries.
