18Pupils who are unwell
- Pupil reports to Teacher or Office
- Teacher or Office will call parents.
- Parents come to office and sign Permission to
leave School form, which has to be signed by
teacher or office. - In case of accident school will notify parents,
parents proceed directly to hospital - Stay at home when you are unwell or suffering
from infectious illnesses - Our staff is not equipped to deal with serious
illnesses and injuries. -
19- CARE FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY
- 1. Write name and class(permanent ink) clearly on
all belongings. - 2. If you lose your belongings in the class, see
your Form Teacher about it. If your Form Teacher
is absent, see the Prefect Master/Mistress. - If you lose your belongings in the canteen or
school premises apart from class, see the
prefects at the Lost and Found counter in the
canteen. Do not go to the General Office or ring
the General Office staff.
20Homework/Timetable
- Record all homework given in a notebook.
- Plan a before- or after-school timetable for your
son. Include study, reading and recreational
activities. - Call occasionally from your office to give
support and ensure work is done.

- Form / subject teachers notebook, e-mail,
telephone for appointment check MT periods (for
safety reasons, teachers cannot leave the
classroom) - HODs - telephone for appointment

discover things for himself. - Pl do not go into the classrooms.

recess(benches for pupils) and School Hall
(corridor only)during Assembly.

- P5 and P1 (ten P5 classes seven P1 classes)
- Zero Week to Week 2
- Early recess
- 1st week extra 15 mins - 3.10pm to 3.50pm
- 2nd week extra 10 mins -3.15pm to 3.50pm
- P1s taught a minimum of 16 skills
- P1s to make a card for P5 buddy at the end of
Jan, or earlier.
