Basic Receiver

• The following are examples of basic receivers
  111, 301, and 311.

Digital Video Recorder (DVR) Receiver

• DVR receivers include the 501, 508, 510, 522,
  625, 721, 921, and 942 model receivers.

High Definition Receiver

• 411, 811, 921, and 942 are examples of HD
  receivers.

ViP Receiver

• The ViP211 is the first.
• Receives both Standard and High definition.

Dual-tuner Multi-room Receiver

• Dual-tuner Multi-room receiver models are the
  322, 522, 625, and 942

Dual-tuner Single-room Receiver

• Dual-tuner Single-room receiver models are the
  721, and 921.

Low Noise Blocking Feedhorn (LNBF) Types

• Single LNBF
• Dual LNBF

Single LNBF

• One orbital location to one receiver.
• Generally used for International programming or
  other programming on the 148 or 61.5 locations.

Dual LNBF

• One orbital location to up to two receivers.
• Generally used for International programming or
  other programming on the 148 or 61.5 locations.

Twin LNBF

• Receives two orbital locations spaced 9 apart.
  It is typically used for the 119 and 110
  orbital slots.
• Built-in switch to allow for switching between
  the 119 and 110 orbital slots.

Quad LNBF

• Receives two orbital locations spaced 9 apart.
  It is typically used for the 119 and 110
  orbital slots.
• Built-in switch to allow for switching between
  the 119 and 110 orbital slots.

• 21 Two inputs and one output.
• 34 Three inputs and four outputs.
• 44 Four inputs and four outputs.
• 64 Six inputs and four outputs.

• Connects two LNBFs to one receiver

• Connects two LNBFs to one receiver
• May be connected to Legacy Single, Dual, Twin, or
  Quad LNBFs

• Connects up to 4 tuners to up to 3 Orbital
  locations
• May be connected to DISHPro Single, Dual, Twin,
  or Quad LNBFs
• May be trunked to additional 34 switches for more
  tuners
• A.K.A. DP34

• Connects up to 4 tuners to up to 4 orbital
  locations
• May be connected to DISHPro Single, Dual, Twin,
  or Quad LNBFs
• May be trunked to additional 44 switches for more
  tuners
• Requires a power inserter

Legacy 44 Switch

• Connects up to 4 tuners to up to 2 orbital
  locations
• Needs two cables from LNBF to switch for each
  orbital location.
• May be connected to Legacy Dual or Legacy Quad
  LNBFs
• Requires a power inserter

• Connects up to 4 tuners to up to 3 orbital
  locations
• Needs two cables from LNBF to switch for each
  orbital location.
