How to use Factiva to find Chinese language
articles in Lianhe Zaobao

To find Factiva, go to Digital Library

ck on Factiva

Click on Continue

At this screen, scroll down to enter your NUSNET
ID and password

Enter your NUSNET ID and password as shown here

Click on Continue

At the search screen,Click on Lookup on the left
of screen to select your source.

Enter Lianhe Zaobao in the search box.Change the
box to Source Lookup.Click on Lookup.

Click on Lianhe Zabao and the source will be
transferred to Indexing Source. This indicates
the searches you are doing will be from this
source.

At your PCs Control Panel, click on Regional
and Language Options.Click on Chinese
(PRC).Click on Apply.Get back to Factiva.

Click on Language on the left and click on
Chinese (Simplified). In Indexing, the language
is Chinese Simplified.

Enter your Chinese keywords but remember to use
AND in English to combine both phrases.Click
on Run Search.

Click the article to see the full record.
