Making the Decision to Enroll
  • Conditions of Admission
  • Completion of all coursework with appropriate
    grades
  • Application Update February deadline
  • Notify campus of any change in course selection
  • Accurate reporting of transcript(s)
  • Financial Aid
  • UC priority FASFA deadline March 2
  • Some campuses are moving to unofficial financial
    aid award letters being available online only
  • All award letters will be made available to
    students prior to the SIR deadline
  • Statement of Intent to Register June 1 deadline
    for transfer students

After SIR Important Reminders
  • Submit Statement of Legal Residence
  • Complete online by deadline ensure that
    registration fees are assessed properly.
  • Undocumented students are considered for AB 540
    through this process.
  • Establish E-mail communications
  • Set up a campus e-mail account
  • Check e-mail often!
  • Respond to all requests sent from the campus
  • Request IGETC Certification from community
    college, if applicable
  • Send official transcripts July 15 deadline
